Q: Where do I find the "NASH Smart" App for NASH smart devices?

A: Simply go to the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) and search for "nash smart".

Q: I already have smart devices that work with the "Smart Life" APP

A: No problem! All NASH devices are fully supported in the Smart Life APP as well! If you already own Smart Life devices, we recommend you to continue using this app.

Q: Can this be used in my home? What is required?

A: In order to take us of NASH smart products, you simply need the device and our app. No additional changes to your home is required. Everything connects with your already existing wifi signal.

Q: Do I use the Google Home or Google Assistant APP for my new air purifier?

A: Always use the Google Home APP.

Q: Are these products certified in the United States?

A: Yes, all of our products have passed US requirements and are ETL, FCC, CE certified.

Q: Is there any warranty period?

A: Yes, all of our products come with a standard 1-year warranty that cover any manufacturing defects.

Q: What happens to my device if my wifi stops working?

A: The device will still turn on/off regardless if your wifi is working or not, the functionality of your wifi is only for remote controlling via APP and voice controlling your device, both which will not be available while your wifi is down.

Q: Do NASH products work with both Amazon Alexa AND Google Home?

A: Yes they do. We are very excited to announce that the NASH CoolSmart and PureSmart work with both Amazon Alexa and Google Home. You can either set up the devices to be controlled via the respective APPs or via smart speakers such as Amazon Echo and Google Home!
